Business Development Manager
Job description
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can apply his/her expertise to nurture existing client relationships as well as develop new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
- Create strong and long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct research to identify customer insights and convert them into actionable plans
- Explore and evaluate business opportunities, perform risk assessment, and mitigate potential risks
- Interpret and prioritize the clients’ business needs into clear digital briefs
- Identify the clients’ needs for other services and up- or cross-selling relevant services and channels
- Follow up on sales activities in a timely organized manner
- Provide oversight on projects, trustworthy feedback, and after-sales support
- Work closely with the Business Development Director, Senior Managers and Team Leaders
Job requirements
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar position
- Expertise in all Digital channels (PPC, SEO, Content, Social, Programmatic, etc.)
- Client-centric mindset and in depth understanding of all aspects of commercial challenges of Ecommerce businesses
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Greek and in English
