Business Development Manager

Job description

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can apply his/her expertise to nurture existing client relationships as well as develop new business opportunities.


Key responsibilities:

  • Create strong and long-term relationships with new and existing clients
  • Conduct research to identify customer insights and convert them into actionable plans
  • Explore and evaluate business opportunities, perform risk assessment, and mitigate potential risks
  • Interpret and prioritize the clients’ business needs into clear digital briefs
  • Identify the clients’ needs for other services and up- or cross-selling relevant services and channels
  • Follow up on sales activities in a timely organized manner
  • Provide oversight on projects, trustworthy feedback, and after-sales support
  • Work closely with the Business Development Director, Senior Managers and Team Leaders

Job requirements

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar position
  • Expertise in all Digital channels (PPC, SEO, Content, Social, Programmatic, etc.)
  • Client-centric mindset and in depth understanding of all aspects of commercial challenges of Ecommerce businesses
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Greek and in English
