Digital Account Manager

Job description

We are looking for a Digital Account Manager who can apply his/her expertise to create and maintain amazing client relationships with new and existing clients. Working closely with our team of experts the selected candidate will be responsible to manage a portfolio of single- and multi-channel client campaigns.


  • Creating strong and long-term client relationships with new and existing clients
  • Interpreting and prioritize the clients’ business needs into clear digital briefs
  • Identifying the clients’ need for other services and up- or cross-selling relevant services and channels
  • Regular top-level weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting and presenting of campaign and activity performance across multiple channels (e.g. SEO, PPC, Social Media, Display, etc.)
  • Working directly with clients to create growth strategies, plan, forecast and implement online campaigns
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of your clients’ sector and market trends, thus positioning Relevance as experts in the industry
  • Managing day-to-day communications with the client by email and phone
  • Providing oversight on projects and strategic recommendations on timing, resources and client communications
  • Working closely with the Business Development Director, Senior Account & Operations Manager and Team Leaders to manage a portfolio of single- and multi-channel client campaigns

Job requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar position
  • Expertise in all Digital channels (PPC, SEO, Content, Social, Programmatic, etc.)
  • Client-centric mindset and in depth understanding of all aspects of commercial challenges of Ecommerce businesses
  • Highly motivated and passionate about digital
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Greek and in English
