Director of Marketing and Communications

Job description

We are looking for a Director of Marketing and Communications to join our team of experts and take the reins of our marketing strategy. The selected candidate will collaborate with management team as well as internal digital teams to develop and deliver marketing initiatives to support our business objectives.

Key responsibilities

  • Design, propose and implement a multi-channel communications and marketing strategy to enhance awareness of Relevance activities globally
  • Develop and promote branding initiatives consistent with corporate business goals and objectives
  • Analyze target market information to recommend effective marketing approaches
  • Manage and provide directions to internal teams to ensure the production of creative content for our websites, social media, press releases and other publications
  • Plan, organize and coordinate activities such as corporate and media events
  • Be up to date with market trends and identify new opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and target media
  • Monitor progress and submit performance reports
  • Collaborate closely with management team as well as internal digital and content teams
  • Represent Relevance at public events

Job requirements

  • 7+ years of marketing & business experience in marketing/advertising companies
  • Strong leadership presence and project management skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in Greek & English
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
  • A creative thinker
  • Excellent IT skills and familiar with Digital Marketing channels
