Job description

We are looking for an SEO Manager who can apply their marketing and technical expertise to develop and support search engine optimization strategies for our clients. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing SEO campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients as well as mentoring specialists. Candidates should demonstrate expertise in strategic and technical aspects of the search engine marketing industry, along with client and team management skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Audit, define and manage SEO strategy and execution to enhance the standing of client websites in organic search listings
  • Provide analysis and recommendations for website content and metadata
  • Develop and execute strategies for content that support SEO goals in partnership with content development and digital marketing teams
  • Regularly review new techniques in SEO and develop implementation strategies based on opportunities
  • Manage, organize and present Web Analytics data, key metrics and KPIs
  • Use website and web analytics tools to monitor and evaluate search results and performance across the major search channels and optimize search results for key branded and generic terms
  • Develop and perform scheduled site audits to ensure functionality
  • Utilize analytic and diagnostic tools to identify and troubleshoot page errors, browser related issues, missing or abandoned links
  • Identify opportunities for A/B testing throughout websites including Landing Page and Funnel optimization

Job requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in implementing SEO strategy and analyzing Web Data
  • Ability to work with major web analytics and SEO/SEM program management solutions and leverage the data to drive goals and enhance ROI
  • Understanding of Content Management Systems and their impact on search
  • Extensive experience in keyword research / data mining tools and competitive analysis
  • Strong background in analyzing and reporting on SEO KPIs/metrics
  • Experience in how mobile, social media and other marketing campaigns impact natural search visibility
  • Knowledge or keen interest in expanding skills across other optimization elements such as A/B and multivariate testing (training opportunities available)
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Fluent in both Greek and English
  • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, Excel proficiency a must
  • Analytical mindset with ability to measure, test & refine
