As a Business Director you will:

• Lead, coach, and scale a team of approximately 8 digital marketing professionals

• Own the P&L and business plan of your team and build a profitable business unit

• Act as a senior strategic partner to key clients and further nurture relationships

• Ensure strong portfolio performance by your team and client growth

• Identify client needs and drive cross-sell and upsell initiatives across digital services

• Support new business growth through collaboration with senior-level executives

• Hire, develop, and retain top talent

• Establish high standards for delivery, performance, and collaboration

What you will bring:

• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing (e.g., SEO, PPC, content marketing, web development)

• Proven experience managing and leading teams

• Strong commercial mindset with P&L or revenue ownership

• Excellent understanding of performance-driven environments

• Experience working closely with senior clients and stakeholders

• Advanced strategic thinking approach

• Background as Performance Lead/ Performance Manager/ Marketing Director/ Account Director in digital marketing agency is a plus
