As a Community Manager you will:
Engage with the online community of our clients and respond to messages, comments and inquiries of the community members in a timely manner
Identify potential issues that may affect our clients’ brand image
Coordinate with our clients’ Marketing teams to ensure brand consistency
Suggest ways to improve our clients’ brand reputation
Prepare monthly content performance reports
Job requirements
What you will bring:
At least one year of proven work experience as a Social Media Community Manager or related role
Thorough knowledge of social media platforms
Excellent written communication skills
Exceptional writing skills in Greek and English
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Strong time management skills
