As a Creative Project Manager you will:

  • Kick off creative projects by receiving and clarifying briefs, identifying missing assets, and preparing detailed project plans with phases, deliverables, and timelines

  • Manage the full production lifecycle, from concept to hand-off, by coordinating cross-functional teams, overseeing tasks, and enforcing workflow and quality compliance

  • Coordinate all internal reviews, and approvals with Creative Leadership

  • Conduct final quality checks to ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines, tone of voice, and platform specifications before delivery

  • Serve as the central communication point between creative, Account Managers, and the client, aligning all stakeholders on priorities, changes, and deadlines while safeguarding the creative vision

  • Coordinate resource allocation (designers, copywriters, etc.) with the Creative Operations Manager

  • Track delivery and revision cycles to improve internal workflows and project efficiency

  • Prepare creative briefs and proposals - Support prospective clients through discovery, needs assessment, and proposal stages by focusing on operations and clarifying client needs, without direct involvement in sales discussions

  • Identify cross-selling opportunities for creative and other Relevance services with existing clients.

  • Assist the Lead Creative Director in preparing materials to grow the creative department's business portfolio

Job requirements

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, project management, or a related field

  • At least 3 years’ experience working in an advertising agency or creative production environment

  • Excellent understanding of the creative production process (e.g., Copywriting, Design, Motion Design)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to analyze project workflows and resource data to make informed efficiency decisions

  • Experience at managing multiple creative projects and priorities simultaneously from brief to delivery

  • Commitment to providing excellent quality assurance to ensure deliverables meet brand guidelines and client specifications

  • Very good understanding of creative workflows, resource management, and content specifications

  • Eagerness & motivation to stay updated on industry trends and emerging creative tools to propose innovative workflow solutions

  • Adaptability & flexibility

  • Familiarity with project management systems (e.g., Redmine)
