Graphic Designer

Job description

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team of award winning experts. The ideal candidate must be a highly motivated and proactive creative thinker who is able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This full-time position will directly assist the Creative Director and work closely with both the Design Department and our Digital Advertising team on the creation, implementation and ongoing maintenance of our various clients’ needs.

Our Design Team is responsible for translating the ethos of our respective clients’ brands into nearly tangible imagery and will shape the behavior of consumers. The projects we specialize in include various sectors of Communications Design. For example: Branding projects, such as brand identity conception; Digital marketing projects, including Social Media and Google Ad campaigns; Print applications, ranging from banners to catalogs; and various sectors of UI/UX Design, such as responsive website and app projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging digital artwork of all scope
  • Keep up-to-date with current digital trends and suggest new ideas to enhance the digital strategy of our clients
  • Create digital visuals for the Google Ad campaigns of our various clients
  • Oversee the development of branding design projects
  • Collaborate with developers on UI/UX design projects
  • Design newsletter campaigns
  • Create content for the social media posts of various clients
  • Translate key marketing messages visually so as to easily engage audiences for a variety of products and activities, including but not limited to: brand identity, websites, social media posts and promotions, digital advertising, print projects, banners, posters, displays videos and multimedia for internal and external communication, all the while strictly adhering to our client’s brand guidelines and their recognizable brand formatting and presentation
  • Maintain an easy-to-access library of project digital files on a shared server

Job requirements

  • Highly experienced in using graphic design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign.
  • Photography and videography experience (using Adobe Premier Pro and Adobe After Effects) and interest is a plus
  • Must be passionate about creating stunning visuals that reflect a wide range of clients and their respective needs and desires
  • A great eye for detail and astute creativity
  • Must be able to easily multitask and work on projects of varying scope and markets easily
  • Experience in Social Media and Google campaign projects
  • A background in Branding & Identity Projects
  • Strong knowledge of UI/UX projects
  • Good understanding of key online marketing principles
  • Advanced communication & presentation skills
  • Fresh ideas
  • Fluent in both Greek and English
  • University degree level in relevant field
  • Proactive and positive can-do attitude
  • Self-driven with the ability to work with a high-level of autonomy in a fast-paced environment
