As an IT Administration & Support Specialist, you will:
Provide timely and effective technical support to team members, both on-site and remotely, across various channels (phone, email, chat)
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices
Configure and set up new team members’ laptops and accounts, ensuring a seamless onboarding process with the necessary guidance and support
Maintain and upgrade IT systems, including managing user accounts, access permissions, and software installations/updates/configurations
Administer mail accounts, aliases, and group emails
Accurately record and update company hardware and devices using the asset management tool
Perform hardware repairs and replacements when required
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for technical issues, resolutions, and IT procedures
Ensure system security and compliance with organisational policies and industry standards
Regularly check and maintain antivirus and email protection systems
Participate in the evaluation, implementation, and deployment of new technologies and IT projects
Collaborate with other teams to ensure continuous improvement and seamless IT operations
Job requirements
What you will bring:
4-5 years of proven professional experience in IT support
Working knowledge of:
Windows OS and Mac/Linux
Networking: LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and Active Directory
Hardware: Laptops, printers, copiers, and projectors
Enterprise Applications: Microsoft 365 & Azure environments
Desktop Management: Application deployment and updates
Scalefusion MDM or a similar too
Familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus
Knowledge of GDPR and ISO 27001 information security standards is a plus
Knowledge of Hubspot CRM and Project Management Tools (e.g., Redmine) is a plus
