As a Junior Programmatic Specialist you will:
Set-up, manage and optimize paid digital campaigns on several programmatic platforms
(Display & Video 360, Adform, Native Platforms e.g. Taboola)Monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations
for improvementsBuild campaigns in ad server and traffic creatives as per agreed campaign architecture
(in consultation with the Programmatic Trading Manager)Deliver actionable audience and optimization-based insights
Utilize analytical tools and platforms to extract insights from campaign data
Generate weekly & monthly reports
Coordinate assets and tags with vendors ensuring campaigns are delivering against
KPI’s
Job requirements
What you will bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics or Statistics
1 year of experience in digital advertising
Strong analytical mindset with ability to measure, test & refine
Ability to easily multitask and work on projects of varying scope and markets
Fluent in both Greek and English
