As an Office Manager, you will:
Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues
Welcome visitors and guide them according to their requirements
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls or take messages
Schedule meetings and appointments
Maintain office databases
Prepare outgoing mail items (envelopes, packages, etc.)
Manage office equipment and supplies, ensuring new stock is ordered as needed
Manage price negotiations with office vendors and service providers in cooperation with
the Finance TeamCoordinate with external IT partners, manage repair schedules, and track issues that
have been raisedHandle petty cash funds and keep records of office expenditures
Coordinate and supervise the work of external vendors for cleaning services
Partner with the HR Team to assist in the onboarding process for new hires
Assist with the coordination of in-house or off-site activities (e.g., company events)
Job requirements
What you will bring:
At least 3 years of experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
Advanced communication skills
Fluent in both Greek and English
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office
