As an Office Manager, you will:

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues

  • Welcome visitors and guide them according to their requirements

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls or take messages

  • Schedule meetings and appointments

  • Maintain office databases

  • Prepare outgoing mail items (envelopes, packages, etc.)

  • Manage office equipment and supplies, ensuring new stock is ordered as needed

  • Manage price negotiations with office vendors and service providers in cooperation with
    the Finance Team

  • Coordinate with external IT partners, manage repair schedules, and track issues that
    have been raised

  • Handle petty cash funds and keep records of office expenditures

  • Coordinate and supervise the work of external vendors for cleaning services

  • Partner with the HR Team to assist in the onboarding process for new hires

  • Assist with the coordination of in-house or off-site activities (e.g., company events)

Job requirements

What you will bring:

  • At least 3 years of experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role

  • Advanced communication skills

  • Fluent in both Greek and English

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office
