As a Senior Account Manager in the Travel Industry you will:
Cultivate and nurture deep partnerships with our clients, ensuring advertising goals align with their specific business objectives
Address client concerns and navigate the unique volatility of the travel industry (e.g., seasonality or global shifts), providing proactive solutions to maintain satisfaction & trust
Work closely with internal teams & departments to develop integrated advertising strategies
Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, aligning client needs with value-added solutions
Lead pitches to prospective travel clients, showcasing a deep understanding of market trends
Deliver regular, data-rich updates to clients that translate metrics into clear insights around the effectiveness of advertising strategies
Job requirements
What you will bring:
6+ years of experience in Advertising, with a strong background in the Travel & Hospitality industry
Deep understanding of Performance Marketing channels, the full digital ecosystem, and how it applies to the Travel industry
Ability to communicate effectivcely with business owners and CMOs, translating data into clear, strategic narratives
A proven track record of managing high-value client relationships with a focus on trust, retention, and growth
Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration
Experience at managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
